Overview:
A hands-on deep dive into the AI tasks that save project managers the most time. Building on the basics, this working session focuses on doing: writing prompts that produce usable project artifacts, generating and refining plans and work breakdowns, turning rough notes into status reports and stakeholder updates, and brainstorming risks and mitigations.
Attendees leave with a reusable prompt library they can put to work the same day.
Why you should Attend:
- A starter prompt library for common PM tasks
- A repeatable notes-to-status-report workflow
- Quality-check habits so AI output is safe to send
Areas Covered in the Session:
- Anatomy of a great PM prompt - role, context, format, and constraints
- Plans and work breakdowns - generating a charter, WBS, and schedule draft, then fixing what’s wrong
- Notes to reports - turning meeting notes into status updates and stakeholder messages
- Risk and assumption brainstorming - using AI to widen your thinking, not replace it
- Your prompt library - building, saving, and reusing prompts that work
Who Will Benefit:
- PMs ready to move from "I've heard about AI" to using it weekly
- Pairs naturally as a follow-on to Talk 4
